Operation Keep Females Going

Our program is dedicated to connecting women through fitness and social gatherings, creating a strong sense of community where they can come together to support and uplift one another. It was founded with the specific goal of providing a space for women to heal, share experiences, and find strength in both physical and emotional wellness. By fostering these meaningful connections, we aim to create a network of women who are empowered to overcome challenges and thrive together.

Initially developed to combat the long-lasting effects of sexual trauma and other forms of abuse, this program provides a safe and supportive environment for women to regain their confidence, heal, and move forward in their lives.

Our focus is on helping women who have served in the military or law enforcement, recognizing the unique experiences and challenges they face. These women often carry the weight of trauma and personal sacrifice, and our program is designed to support their journey toward recovery and empowerment through fitness, community, and shared experiences. We strive to offer not just physical activity, but also a space for emotional healing, mutual understanding, and lasting connections that foster resilience and personal growth.

By connecting women from similar backgrounds and experiences, our program seeks to build a network of solidarity, strength, and hope, providing the tools and support needed to overcome adversity and lead fulfilling, empowered lives.
